ZeroGati – Arriving at Inner Stillness
The Philosophy of ZeroGati
The story of ZeroGati is born from a single spiritual truth: human suffering is not an external problem to be managed. The root cause of all suffering is ignorance of the continuous process unfolding within our own minds. When we say “I am angry” or “I am sad”, we have identified with the passing emotion as our identity. This process of identification and holding on is the root cause of pain.
About Mriduji
Mridu Prabhakar Nath (Mriduji) was born in 1969 in Kerala. Known in his pūrvāśram (life before sanyāsa) as Dr. Sambhu Panikkar, his life journey serves as a living bridge between high-level material achievement and the profound stillness of direct spiritual realization.
Through ZeroGati, Mriduji demystifies spirituality for both the active professional and the sincere seeker. Rooted in the lived experience of both corporate leadership and monastic austerity, he offers no rigid dogma, complex penances, or psychological coping tricks – only direct pointing toward the unshakeable stillness that naturally resides within.
Satsangs & Retreats
An experiential approach that enables individuals to:

Understand how experience is created

Observe and dissolve reactive patterns

Function with awareness in daily life and work

Move towards inner simplicity and clarity
The signature programs include Antar Drishti (Turning inwards), Bodha Sudha (The nectar of Awareness) and Tapo Dhuni (The sacred fire of inner transformation).
The focus is on clarity, awareness, and intelligent action.
De-Rooting and Re-Routing
The core process of ZeroGati rests on two foundational spiritual pillars imparted by the Guru through direct practice: Shraddha and Saburi.
Shraddha:The camphor-like instant spark of faith that ignites the inner fire of direct SEEING.
Saburi:The ghee-like steady patience that sustains the inner journey through silent BEING.
